Refund & Returns Policy

At MATILIANO, every product is designed with intention, crafted with care, and delivered with precision. If your purchase does not fully meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, returns are only accepted when:

  • The product is unopened and unused
  • All original packaging, seals, and labels remain intact
  • The item is free of damage or wear
  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

Products not meeting these criteria cannot be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened items
  • Used products
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Products showing wear, tampering, or misuse

Cosmetics or skincare that have been opened or tested are strictly non-returnable.

How to Return Your Items

Returning your purchase is simple:

  1. Complete the Return Request Form
    Fill in the return form on our website.

  2. Return Approval Email
    Once submitted, you will receive an approval email with instructions.
  3. Send Your Item Back
    After approval, return your package using the carrier of your choice unless stated otherwise in your email.

Please ensure the package is securely sealed to avoid damage during transit.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for items that arrive defective or damaged.

If you need to request an exchange for the same item:

  • Email us at Info@matiliano.com
  • Send the item to our return address: Please the return form to print out the correct address

Exchanges are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return
  • Once we receive your returned item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you

If the gift was not marked as such, or the order was shipped to the gift giver first:

  • The refund will be issued directly to the gift giver
  • They will be notified of the return

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please use the Return Form to download the Return information with the correct address on it.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted

Depending on your location, the delivery time for exchanged items may vary.

For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
MATILIANO cannot guarantee receipt of items that are returned without tracking.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing times vary based on your bank or provider
