We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitors, mobile devices, lighting, photography, and production batches, actual colors, textures, or finishes may vary slightly from those shown on the website.All product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Euros (€). Unless otherwise stated, prices include VAT where required by applicable law. Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout and displayed before payment is completed. MATILIANO reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any payment received.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when your order has been accepted and dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to cases involving:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Pricing errors
  • Product unavailability
  • Payment issues
  • Violation of these Terms

If payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Mollie. Available payment methods depend on your country and may include:

  • iDEAL
  • Credit cards
  • PayPal (if enabled)
  • Apple Pay (if enabled)
  • Klarna (if enabled)
  • Other payment methods offered by Mollie

MATILIANO does not store your complete payment card details.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped via PostNL. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided.

8. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

MATILIANO has no control over customs procedures or import fees.

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify MATILIANO within the withdrawal period. Products must be returned:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • In resalable condition

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law. Refunds will be processed after the returned products have been received and inspected. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain cosmetic products cannot be returned if their protective seal has been broken or the product has been opened after delivery. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights where products are faulty or not as described.
